We will cover the cost of a new order or will give you your money back. You must provide us with the information, a description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged. The photographs of damaged order items and their packaging.

We accept refunds and remakes if the product has serious quality issues. We do not accept returns if there are no quality issues with the product. All these products are customized products and are personalized.
